Tony Marquez is an award winning filmmaker and actor born and raised in El Paso, TX. From a very young age he started telling short stories through a lens.

Tony, studied at New Mexico State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in digital Filmmaking. He is a co-founder of the production company “In Cadence Films” where he continues to tell stories as cinematographer, director and actor.

He has worked on a wide range of projects such as short and feature films, music videos, and commercials. In 2022 he produced and did the cinematography for the Canela Original Series “Entre Fronteras” which took home the Grand Jury Award for Best Web-Series at the New York International Film Awards.
